Late last year I went for a hangout strictly for females. Everyone introduced themselves and their ages. When it got to mine I said “ I’m Idara and 30 years”. At first they asked me to repeat myself and I did, they were astonished and they thought I wasn’t more than 24 Lol. 24 indeed!
I’ve had very much younger boys who try to toast me because they think I’m probably not more than 25.. well, unless they want a cougar?.
My Daily Routine
Well as much as I hate routines there are few things I do daily/weekly and I don’t mind sharing them with y’all.
Exercise: we all know how important exercising daily or weekly is.. You must not register at a gym, you can take a walk around your neighborhood or street for 30 minutes everyday and sweat it out and that’s it. Don’t forget that being consistent is very important.
Water: The only thing better than water is lots of water. Lol. Drink up! Drink some more!! Water ? is free drink and take a pee?.
Most of us only drink water when we are thirsty and it shouldn’t be so. Water detoxifies and cleanses impurities. For sweeter tastes, you can infuse lemons, mint leave or cucumber into the water.
Sun: Sun exposure is the number one cause of premature aging. Without protection from the sun’s rays, just a few minutes of exposure each day over the years can cause noticeable changes to the skin. Freckles, age spots, spider veins on the face, rough and leathery skin and skin cancer can all be traced to sun exposure.
Soap: Soap often contains harsh detergents that strip skin of natural oils. More reason why I recommend a natural black soap. Don’t laugh but I used baby shampoo to take my shower.
Finally, Sunscreens are advisable but don’t rely on makeup for sunscreen. Most makeup protects against UVB rats but don’t black UVA rays which cause fine lines, brown spots, enlarged pores and creepy-ness.

Ladies!!! Adequate rest is not laziness, neither is the required 8 hours of sleep laziness. We all need to relax our nerves and have a good rest after the day's work. If you've noticed, when you're exhausted, stress lines appear on your face. Also, you tend to lose valuable weight. This is another very important aspect of the business of looking good. As much as possible, it's necessary to stop at some point and get some rest (and possibly a good sleep). Trust me, your body will thank you for this gesture!
