    As a culture, we are very aware of our external cleanliness. We clean our teeth daily, we bathe and wash our hair daily or every other day and we like to look and smell clean because it makes us feel better. Similarly, the problem is that it’s often hard to know when our internal cleansing mechanism is not functioning well. Unlike other parts of our body, it is very hard to know how well our liver is working, and our liver is the main detoxification organ.

    1. DETOXIFY

    Detoxification: is what your body does naturally to neutralize, transform, or get rid of unwanted toxins that are acquired because of environmental pollutants or excessive consumption of junk, refined, and processed foods.

    2. EAT FRESH AND CLEAN

    The most important cause of toxin accumulation is the consumption of highly fried, processed, refined, and packaged foods. Excessive oil, salt, and sugar act as toxins and lead to various health issues in the near future. Hence, if you are looking to detoxify your body, then it’s extremely essential to lighten the burden which you have been putting on it time and again, so instead Opt for organic fruits and veggies rather than processed / fast foods, and also reduce the consumption of oil, salt and sugar to a minimum. Trust me, your body shall say Thank You.

    3. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER

    If you have to detoxify your body, then there is nothing better than water. Water is not just essential for survival, but it’s equally important for the removal of unwanted toxins which have occupied a huge space in your body.     5. LIMIT ALCOHOL

    Excessive drinking can severely damage your liver function by causing fat buildup, inflammation, and scarring, when this happens your liver cannot function adequately and perform its necessary task, so to avoid all this, it is advisable to limit your alcohol intake and allow your body system to detoxify properly.
